Collection of equipment is made at a time and date specified by the customer and is adhered to at all times.
It is important to us that the delivery and collection of all carts is carried out to the standard we have come to expect from both our dedicated transport and our logistics partners. The performance of these partners is monitored closely to eliminate any logistic failings.
It is expected that no matter how small or large the quantity of trolleys made available for our collection, they would be collected and delivered on the same basis. However, we are a flexible company and will adhere to our customers’ requests.
Contact between customers and service centres on a daily basis is expected to ensure the smooth running of all transportation and eliminating any possible logistical problem before they arise.
