Here at Sovereign, not only do we provide support for the mobile catering equipment on board trains, but we also provide repair solutions for all rail galley repairs, supporting both train operating companies and train manufacturers with both on site and off site maintenance and repairs.

We offer both planned maintenance contracts and reactive maintenance contracts for both the fixed and removable equipment, tailored to suit our client’s needs and provide a service to ensure all equipment is in full working order and electrically safe for the end user.

Sovereign offer our contracted clients a 365 days a year, 24 hours a day call out service where our galley repair engineers will be on site within an agreed specified time period to repair all types of rail refrigeration and electrical systems on board trains.

Sovereign also provide off-site galley repairs for all types of commercial toasters, grills, hobs, coffee machines, water boiler maintenance and microwaves.

All equipment is checked, tested and repaired in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines.
