Online Management

Our IT department has in place a full, robust inventory, maintenance and reliability monitoring system.

The system holds information on the carts, including specification details, types and quantities.

Component parts are identified and a full inventory is listed both manually and electronically.

Individual carts are recorded using both a computer based system and a manual log, both for maintenance and service records. This enables each cart to be identified manually and electronically at any point, using serial numbers and codes, those carts can be recalled for service. This allows us to accurately manage the service plan of each cart.

Monitoring trends accurately and implementing improvements is also done using our database system.

Stock control and inventories are listed and updated in real time giving us accurate levels of components and consumables.

Reliability of carts and their individual components are also monitored in this way, enabling us to identify fault patterns.

Location of carts is recognised using this system, whether they are in operation and where, service, maintenance, delivery or collection.
