Collection of equipment in the UK is made at a time and date specified by the customer and is adhered to at all times. The return of these trolleys is within seven days.

It is important to us that the delivery and collection of all carts is carried out to the standard we have come to expect from both our own dedicated transport and our logistics partners. The performance of these partners is monitored closely to eliminate any logistic failings.

It is expected that no matter how small or large the quantity of trolleys made available for our collection, they would be collected and delivered on the same basis. However we are a flexible company and will adhere to our customers’ requests.

Contact between customers and our service centres on a daily basis is expected to ensure smooth running of all transportation and eliminating any possible logistical problem before they arise.

We offer a vast, secure, 24 hour access storage facility, where customers and suppliers alike can store both new and used equipment until such time as that equipment is required.
