Our Maintenance Department is staffed by technicians qualified to fault find, maintain and repair products quickly and effectively.

Maintenance issues are identified, recorded and notified as specified by the customer at which point all work is carried out in a professional manner at our dedicated workshops. All replacement parts used are of manufacturers’ specification.

Our on line monitoring system identifies carts which require regular attention, thus allowing us to inform our customers of possible equipment misuse or vandalism.
