Servicing

Our Service Department provides for an effective and efficient operational system which is based around our Stoke-on-Trent engineering facility. We can also provide engineers permanently based at our customers sites or on an ad-hoc basis.

The equipment is transported to a dedicated workshop, at which point it will undergo a thorough examination and inventory check. An inspection report is then created as to the overall condition of the items concerned.

A full service is then carried out on the equipment, checking all wheels brakes, handles, catches, locks and hinges, lubricating where necessary.
Where applicable on certain carts, trolleys and modules batteries are tested for charging and if necessary, replaced. Tanks are drained and de-scaled and pipe work is cleaned. All other internal areas and components are also thoroughly cleaned.

Equipment will then go through manual load bearing and break tests as per the manufacturers’ specification.

A full deep clean of all carts ready for their return to operational service is then carried out. At this point the carts history can be up-dated along with the maintenance log, a label is then placed on the cart indicating the next service date.

All carts with no work arising are returned to their designated destination within seven days.
